REFUND POLICY

Nude Coco formulates its products in small batches to maintain the integrity of the formulas. All ingredients found in our products are natural or naturally derived and are hand-poured for quality assurance. Because of the manufacturing process of our products, our merchandise is non-refundable and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please carefully review the ingredients found in our products for potential allergens / sensitizers. 

REPLACEMENT

Nude Coco only allows ‘exchanges’ if the product is defective or damaged. If your product was damaged during transit, please submit your tracking number and proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery to hello@lovenudecoco.com. Each claim will be reviewed by a customer service representative. If the customer service team deems your package defective or damaged, you will receive a new tracking number for the replacement product.
